We offer an initial meeting free of charge as a 15-minute video or voice call to gain a better understanding of your needs.
Following this, we will book in an initial planning meeting to meet you in person at your home, within the community or if preferred via video call to discuss goals and develop an individualised action plan.

This is a separate service to Support coordination and is self-funded.

Whether you’re looking to understand your NDIS plan or prepare for a Review or Reassessment, our Plan Navigation Assistance service offers dedicated focus to help you achieve your goals.

Support Coordination services are available to NDIS participants with Support Coordination funding included in their NDIS plan.
Plan Application and Navigation assistance are self-funded and as needed with no ongoing contract necessary.
